Catalove ("Catalove," "we," "us," or "our") is built by ASIN Growth Hub. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use catalove.ai and the Catalove app (app.catalove.ai), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Contact information. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and message.
• Amazon account data. When you connect your Amazon Seller Central account, you authorize Catalove — through Amazon's own secure login (OAuth) — to access the listing data needed to build and submit parent-child (variation) relationships on your behalf. We never see or store your Amazon password; Amazon authenticates you directly and issues Catalove a limited, revocable access token.
• Usage data. Basic technical data such as browser type and general usage patterns on our site and app, used to keep Catalove reliable and secure.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the listing-merge service you request.
• To respond to support requests sent via our contact form or support@catalove.ai.
• To send service-related updates, such as changes to pricing or beta terms.
• To maintain and improve the security and reliability of Catalove.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

• With Amazon, as required to carry out the merge actions you request through Catalove.
• With service providers who help us operate Catalove (for example, hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), who are only permitted to use your data to provide those services.
• When required by law.

4. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service, respond to support requests, and meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see Section 7.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including OAuth-based authentication so your Amazon credentials are never handled or stored by Catalove.

6. Your Choices

You can disconnect your Amazon Seller Central account from Catalove at any time, which revokes our access token. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us below.
